We had a great time and were able to relax. The breakfast in the nearby tearoom was excellent, with perfectly cooked options like scrambled eggs. The studio was cleaned daily, and the hosts were friendly, offering advice on places of interest. The location was great, conveniently located with free parking. We also enjoyed having menus of nearby pubs and restaurants to look at.
Traditional English breakfasts were great, but it would have been nice to see some more variety for vegetarians/vegans like granola and berries. Additionally, having a small fridge in the studio itself would have been a helpful amenity.

The value for money at this B&B was excellent, with a separate entrance and private garden area, it felt like a great deal. The room was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, centrally located with good options for eating and drinking nearby. The hosts, Helen and Sean, were lovely and provided us with valuable information about the local area. We will definitely be returning when we're in town again.
The morning meal could benefit from offering more variety, such as granola and berries for vegetarians/vegans.

Our city break stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, with plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the fact that the property was dog-friendly with great walking routes nearby. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the cooked options. The hospitality was top-notch, and we were given plenty of information about the local area.
We found the lighting in the room a little dim, which made it tricky for reading in the evenings. , the seating could have been more comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful little hideaway in a beautiful part of the world. This hotel is perfectly situated just set back from the main street, so everything you need is just a short walk away. The attention to detail in the well-maintained studio bedroom, with its ensuite shower room and lovely enclosed garden, was impressive. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the breakfast in the hotel's tea room was a delicious way to start the day. The location and overall service provided a great value for the price.
No improvements needed - everything was absolutely fine.

Good breakfasts and friendly owners with helpful local knowledge. The location was convenient, with eating and drinking options within walking distance. The room had a comfy bed and nice heating units that kept us warm through the season.
Difficult parking: the driveway that leads to the parking space is short and narrow and may require higher ground clearance. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues, and the room was not as secluded as advertised, being located close to the main road and cafe with constant noise and traffic.

This charming accommodation is perfectly located just a short walk from the heart of the town. The room is clean and well-maintained, boasting a comfortable bed, bright bathroom and a lovely private garden. The breakfast served in the tea room is delicious, offering a variety of dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Guests will appreciate the warm welcome and helpful service provided by the friendly hosts.
Guests with limited mobility may find it difficult to access the property due to the steep driveway and garden steps.
